There are two contexts in which minutes cannot be viewed within a meeting.

  • The first one occurs when the minutes have been published, and the status of the meeting is in “Agenda definition”. When calling the atendees , the Minutes can be viewed by all.

  • The second is when a user is not allowed to see a content of the meeting. In this case, what needs to be done is to include the user in the green key of all the meeting contents, for example: agenda itens, votings and actions.

View permission functionality article (green key): View permission

Once the user is inside the green key of all the meeting contents, he will be able to access the Minutes.
