When you delete a form, it will not be possible to recover it, for this reason, the suggestion is that it should only be done in very necessary contexts, such as, for example, a cancellation of the form.
To delete the form:
Click on Forms;
Find the form in the “Created Forms” tab;
Click on the “Trash” icon in the right corner of the form line.
Or
Access the form;
In the right corner, click on the “three dots” icon;
Then click on “Delete”.
