The option to download a report from the form helps us to extract the data collected in the Atlas portal, so that we can organize and generate information from the responses.
It is possible to download this report with 2 types of responses:
Consolidated: Brings the data by sections and answers, presenting the answers in general.
Detailed: It brings the data by respondent, presenting the answers in a detailed and specific way for each respondent.
To export the form, simply follow the process below:
1. Go to the form where you want to access responses;
2. Click on “Answers” next to “Questions”;
3. Select how the responses are displayed and click on the Cloud icon with the down arrow;
The form report has now been downloaded to your computer!
