In the Azure portal, navigate to Active Directory settings:
Select Manage > Enterprise Applications;
Find the "Atlas Governance OAuth" application (2efbb073-0778-4624-aca7-16392b066b78);
Under Security > Permissions, click on "Grant admin consent for [Name of Tenant]";
Confirm and accept the consent.
