The portal's search bar is capable of searching for practically any content within the Atlas, including phrases or individual words within specific documents.

To search for any content, type the word or phrase contained in the text, or in the content title, into the search bar at the top of the screen. The more information provided, the more precise the search will be.

In the search bar, you can search for:

  • Meeting

  • Agenda

  • Meeting minutes

  • Action

  • Vote

  • Note

  • Folders (in the knowledge base)

  • Announcements

Additionally, it's possible to filter by Board, only by attachments, and date ranges.

When accessing the Atlas Governance application, follow these steps:

  • Enter what you want to search for.

  • Use the filters to help you find it more dynamically.
